Return Policy: All policies apply to thebnoir.com customers
Thank you for shopping with the B. Noir! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund eligible items, for a B. Noir credit note only, for future use on our site. Please note that order cancellations are not offered at this time. Return requests must be postmarked within 7 days of date of delivery.
- Sale items, lingerie/bralettes, and accessories are FINAL SALE.
- Shipping and handling on returned merchandise are nonrefundable.
- All merchandise must be returned in new condition- unworn, unscented, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
How do I make a Return?
In your package, you will receive directions explaining how to send back your eligible return items. Please fill out the form in its entirety, and ship it back with your return. Please remember that you will be responsible for the shipping costs, and it is recommended that you send your package with a tracking number and signature required delivery. Once your return is received and processed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and your B. Noir credit note to your inbox. By shopping with us at B. Noir, you have agreed to the policies stated above.
How long will it take for my credit note to be processed?
Once we have received your merchandise at our warehouse, it will be examined for acceptance, before being processed. Your credit note will then be sent within 48 hours to your inbox, for use on our online store.
Order Status
- We process standard orders within 2-3 business days of placement, excluding weekends and holidays, and those orders with express shipping. Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive an email, please first check your spam filter, or contact us for confirmation.
